Princess Holiday (Princess Holiday ~転がるりんご亭千夜一夜~) is a Japanese eroge by August released in 2002 for Windows. The Dreamcast and PlayStation 2 versions were released by Alchemist. The game itself is a standard Japanese adventure game, with multiple paths, a multi-choice navigation and conversation system, and anime-style presentation. The game was later adapted into two hentai OVA produced by Lemon Heart. The first OVA was released on March 25, 2004 and the second OVA was released on May 25 of the same year.

- The original 2002 version was released for the PC was done using the NScripter visual novel engine.
- This game was released on 05/29/03 for the Dreamcast and stands as one of the last known professionally produced games for the Dreamcast platform.
- The PS2 version was later released on 05/27/04 and is a "sanitized" version of the adult videogame previously available on PC and Dreamcast.

Six young girls who live in a castle town want to explore life outside their sheltered world. Your job is to protect the girls as they head outside the safety of the castle walls to learn about the real world.

- Cliff Cloud

- Cliff is the protagonist of this title. He making a traveling round the world is a wandering minstrel, and comes home for the first time in three years. He and Eleanor trained themself of the swordsmanship under Rachel's father Howard together, but he abandoned it due to a certain reason.
- Leticia la mew Symphonia
- Voiced by: Kanon Torii
- Leticia is the princess of Symphonia. Cliff rescues her by accident when she flees from her guards. She starts to work at the pub Korogaru Ringotei. She gives a false name Leticia Apple while she meets someone who don't know she is a princess.
- Shilphy Cloud
- Voiced by: Yasuko Shiina
- Shilphy is Cliff's younger sister. She is a probationary sister at a church run by her parents, and she handles the church alone because her parents are away on propagation. She also teach schoolwork to children in the slums, and they like her very much.
- Eleanor Fortworth
- Voiced by: Erena Kaibara
- Eleanor is a childhood friend of Cliff and Shilphy, and is a knight who guard Leticia. She is good at the swordsmanship, and she regrets that Cliff abandoned the swordsmanship. She is a daughter of a dressmaker, and she is also good at sewing.
- Rachel Harvest
- Voiced by: Minami Hokuto
- Rachel is the draw at the pub named Korogaru Ringotei. She acts like an older sister of Cliff, Shilphy and Eleanor, and she is a favorite with regular customers. She hates the royalty and the nobility, so Leticia keeps Leticia's social status secret for her.
- Lapis Mercurius Freya
- Voiced by: Sanae Nonoda
- Lapis is a regular customer at Korogaru Ringotei. She wears a mantle, put on a hat, and lives closed by the lake. So she is also called "Witch beside Lake" and is witnessed that she flies on a broom. She has extensive knowledge, but knows but little of love affairs.
- Diana Peschka holly Eryngii
- Voiced by: unvoiced (PC) / Omi Minami (DC/PS2) / Don Ōhana (OVA)
- Diana is a daughter of the Prime Minister Eryngii. She falls in love with Cliff at first sight at the ball. Later, she works at Korogaru Ringotei with Leticia. Though she had little part to appear and a nonspeaking role in original PC version, she is very popular at at popularity vote. So her scenario was added in consumer version.

Two original video animations of anime adaptation produced by Tadama Film and directed by Hiroaki Nakashima were released by Lemon Heart between March 25, 2004 and May 25, 2004. And a complete edition that contains them was on sale on May 26, 2006.
