Princeton is served by the Princeton Branch of New Jersey Transit. It serves the borough of Princeton and is located on the Princeton University campus. Trains only go to Princeton Junction as a shuttle service so passengers can connect with the Northeast Corridor Line and catch New Jersey Transit or Amtrak trains.
New Jersey Transit provides shuttle service between the Princeton and Princeton Junction stations; the train is locally called the "Dinky",[2] and has also been known as the "PJ&B" (for "Princeton Junction and Back").[3] Two train cars, or sometimes just one, are used.
