Princeton Meadows is a census-designated place and unincorporated area located within Plainsboro Township, in Middlesex County, New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP population was 13,836.

Princeton Meadows is located at 40°19′54″N 74°33′44″W / 40.33167°N 74.56222°W (40.331591, -74.562155).[4]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.7 km² (2.2 mi²). 5.6 km² (2.2 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.91%) is water.

As of the census[2] of 2010, there were 13,836 people in the CDP. The population density was 2,427.4/km² (6,289.1/mi²). There were 6,290 housing units at an average density of 1,123.2/km² (2,857.3/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 38.3% White, 10.3% African American, 0.3% Native American, 45.9% Asian, and 2.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.7% of the population.
23.8% of the population was under 18 years old, 6.6% was under the age of 5, and 4% were over the age of 65. 50.1% of the population of the Census Designated Place were female, 97.1% of the population over the age of 25 had a high school degree, while 69.3% had a bachelor's degree or higher. There were 2.28 persons per household in the CDP.
The per capita income was $42,455, and the median income was $76,469. 4.8% of the population was below the poverty line.
The median value of owner-occupied housing units was $350,100, and 72.8% of housing units were in multi-unit structures. The homeownership rate was 38.6% [5]
