"Promises" is the second and last single released from the Adema album Unstable.

Lyrics

The lyrics seem to be depicting something about a relationship which is a usual Adema topic; but Mark Chavez has stated this song is about a boy that tried his best to live up to people's expectations, but in the end was tired of trying to do so and went out to live by his own expectations.
