Prva HNL za žene (also known as 1. HNLŽ or fully Prva hrvatska nogometna liga za žene, Croatian for First Croatian Football League for Women) is the top women's football league in Croatia. The league was formed in 1992 following the dissolution of the Yugoslav First Women's League, and it currently features 8 clubs. League winners qualify for the UEFA Women's Champions League.

Each team plays all other teams twice (14 matches each). Then there are two playoff groups, one championship group, one relegation group. Each team plays the other 3 teams in its group twice again, for a total of then 20 matches. The winner of the championship group is the Champion, and the last place of the relegation group is relegated into the 2.HNŽL.
