Not to be confused with Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica Serapio (consul 138 BC).
Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica Serapio (b. c. 140 BC), son of Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica Serapio and wife Caecilia Metella, was a Consul in 111 BC and a Praetor in 98 BC.

He married Licinia Crassa Prima or Major, daughter of Lucius Licinius Crassus Orator and wife Mucia Tertia. By her he had:
- Publius Cornelius Scipio, later Quintus Caecilius Metellus Pius Scipio Nasica (adopted by his uncle by marriage and father's second cousin Quintus Caecilius Metellus Pius)
