Pulsa Phone Credit refers to a system of pre-paid credit for handphones in Indonesia. Pulsa may be purchased at a great many warungs and is sold either as a scratchcard with a unique number or electronically, where the credit is transferred from one phone to another. This is a common way for folks to make a bit of money; i.e. by reselling at a bit higher price.
