Pyron Solar

Pyron Solar has developed an innovative concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) solar power generator for utility scale customers. The company is headquartered in San Diego, California, USA, and has recently closed a Series A round of equity financing with New Energies Invest.

Pyron Solar is one of the earliest entrants into the CPV market, and has collaborated with Boeing's Spectrolab for more than a decade to enhance the multi-junction (MJ), or high efficiency solar cells. Pyron integrates the Spectrolab MJ cell into its electronics package at its factory in San Diego, California.
