The Qalqilya Governorate (Arabic: محافظة قلقيلية Muḥāfaẓat Qalqīliya) is an administrative area of the Palestinian National Authority in the northwestern West Bank. Its capital or muhfaza (seat) is the city of Qalqilya that borders the Green Line.
