Qansahle (Somali: Qansaxle) is a town in the southwestern Gedo region of Somalia.

Qansahle is located about 20 km from Galdogob. It is primarily inhabited by Somalis from the Bihna Fiqi Hassan and Maalismoge sub-clans of the Leelkase.
