Qarah Zia od Din (Persian: قره ضياڈالدين; also Romanized as Qarah Ẕīā' od Dīn, Ghareh Ziya’ Oddin, Qaraziadin, Qara Zīa ud Dīn, Qareh Zeyā ed Dīn, Qareh Ẕīā' od Dīn, and Qareh Zīyā ’Eddīn )[1] is a city in and the capital of Chaypareh County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. It lies in the northern part of the county, 39 kilometres (24 mi) from Khoy At the 2006 census, its population was 22,489, in 5,558 families.[2]
