Qiánxī'nán Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture (Chinese: 黔西南布依族苗族自治州; pinyin: Qiánxī'nán Bùyīzú Miáozú Zìzhìzhōu) is an autonomous prefecture of Guizhou province in the People's Republic of China.
