Rødkleiva

Rødkleiva is a hill located on Frognerseter Hill in Oslo, Norway.

During the 1952 Winter Olympics, it hosted the slalom alpine skiing events. The course was 1400 ft long with a 560 foot drop from start to finish.

In the late 1990s, it was proposed that a ski flying hill would be built in the area. This plan was made more realistic in 2003 with approval for construction taking place in April 2005. The plan was not carried out and the hill is per 2010 still dormant.
