RDO Equipment Co. is a family-owned company founded in 1968 by Ron Offutt in Casselton, North Dakota. He founded the company by selling a potato warehouse and 160 acres (0.65 km2) of the family farm. The company was later moved to Fargo, North Dakota. RDO Equipment Co. has 59 stores serving nine states. The company's main product is John Deere, and sells products in several different fields.
