RELOAD is a JISC-funded project, developing tools to facilitate the use of emerging Learning Technology Interoperability specifications such as those produced by ADL and IMS.
RELOAD tools include a Metadata and Content Packaging Editor and a Learning Design Editor. The lead software developer is Phillip Beauvoir, with development contributed for SCORM support by Paul Sharples and Roy Cherian. The tools have proven to be the de facto standard for creating and previewing IMS files.
