RK Cimos Koper is a team handball club from Koper, Slovenia. Currently, RK Cimos Koper competes in the Slovenian First League of Handball.

Handball was first played in Koper sometime in the 1950s. At first under TVd Partizan and later on under RK Koper, for a while there were even two handball clubs in the town.
The club ceased operations many times and was brought back to life again, most recently in 1992.
In 1994/95 the club organised its structure of sections and in 1999/00 the club qualified to 1.B handball league.
After qualifications to 1.B league club received support form local company Cimos d.d. and in just two seasons, by 2001/02 RK Cimos koper qualified to 1. A league, Slovenian First League of Handball.
Ever since Rk Cimos Koper developed rapidly and qualified to European Handball Federation competitions in 2004/05, to EHF Cup. In Slovenian first league of handball club finished 3rd in 2006/07, season after they finished 2nd and qualified to EHF Champions League.
The greatest accomplishment of the club came in 2007/08 when they won the Slovenian Cup.
