This name uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Orosco and the second or maternal family name is Delgadillo.

Raúl Orosco Delgadillo (born 25 March 1979) is a Bolivian football referee. He became an International FIFA referee in 2009[1] and has since been appointed in the Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana, U-15 South American Championships and in the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification which were held in his native country.

His first senior national teams' competition will be the 2011 Copa América in Argentina.

Chile-Peru Brazil 2014 Qualifiers[edit]

His performance during the match played by Chile and Peru in Santiago has been questioned. He didn't sanction a penalty against Chile when Gonzalo Jara, touched the ball with his hand inside the penalty area,[2] nor when Gary Medel deliberately slapped Peruvian player Paolo Guerrero in the face.[citation needed]
