Ra'fat Ali Jabr (born 20 May 1975) is a retired Jordanian football player of Palestinian origin, who played as an attacking midfielder for Al-Wahdat SC.

To many fans of Al-Wahdat, he is known as (Arabic:"الفنان") "Al-Fanan" and Picasso due to his great performances, assists, and goal scoring record.

Ra'fat retire after he win the Jordan League and Jordan FA Cup in 2014, with his mother club Al-Wehdat SC .
