HOT FM91.3 (formerly Radio 91.3 before 1 August 2012, and WKRZ 91.3 before 31 December 2004) is an English-language radio station based in Singapore. It is a radio station of SPH Radio Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), which also owns Kiss 92FM and UFM 1003. It is a 24-hour radio station that plays English hits from Singapore, the UK, USA and around the world.
The station was firstly known as WKRZ in Mediawork. After media merger in Singapore, WKRZ 91.3 had a change in name together with sister station UFM 1003. Both of them added the word 'Radio' in front of their frequency, and that had been their names for the past decade.
The station works closely with its parent company to provide information and freebies to its listeners. For example, some articles read are selected from The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, My Paper, Shin Min Daily News and Lianhe Wanbao.
Despite not being Singapore's No. 1 Hit Music Station in terms of CHR/Pop and Top 40 according to the latest Nielsen Survey Diary 2014, the station has also been actively engaging fans. In March, the station went on a hunt for Singapore's Hottest BFF (Best Friend Forever). Three shortlisted pairs of contestants played for the grand prize worth more than $30,000, including $10,000 cash and a Contiki European adventure, whereas in June, they made a football fan's dream come true when it gave away a trip to Brazil to catch the World Cup 2014 as part of a Budweiser campaign. In September, Expedia Presents HOT FM 10 For 10 where they also gave away 10 flyaway trips in 10 weeks to catch artists such as Katy Perry, Maroon 5, OneRepublic, Lana Del Rey, Avicii, The Vamps, Tiësto, Enrique Iglesias, Bastille and American Authors.

On 18 January 2013, SPH UnionWorks released a media statement stating that The Married Men have been dropped from HOT FM 91.3 with immediate effect due to "inappropriate content" during a morning radio segment known as "Kena Pluck" on Thursday 17 January 2013. They had been producing for SPH Unionworks since 2007.
In December 2013, it was also revealed that HOT FM91.3 's breakfast show, The Shan & Cheryl Show, is Singapore's Number 1 Hit Music Breakfast Show!
