The Ramly Burger, also known as the Burger Ramly, is a Malaysian burger created by Ramly Mokni popular in Malaysia. Though the term "Ramly Burger" may refer to any of the hamburgers sold in a Ramly Burger stall, it most commonly refers to the Ramly Burger Special. While the amount and type of ingredients vary greatly depending on location, a typical Ramly Burger consists of a beef or chicken patty, margarine, onions, an egg, cabbage, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and Maggi Seasoning. The burgers are a local delicacy, especially among the Malay community.

Burger Ramly started out in 1979 as a small family business operated from a mobile kiosk on Lorong Haji Hussein in Kuala Lumpur.

The Ramly Burger is distinctive from most other hamburgers due to the unique way in which the ingredients are served. Rather than the usual method of stacking the ingredients within the bun, the patty in the Ramly Burger is first covered with the desired condiments, then wrapped in a thin layer of egg.

Besides the Burger Special, Ramly Burgers can also be served in conventional way, with the patty being cooked together with ingredients like Worcestershire sauce, curry powder or some pepper as flavorings.

What makes Ramly Burgers so special is that every Ramly Burger tastes differently from different stalls, thus appeals to a specific group of people. Ramly Burger is very localized and every stall is very simple and is commonly found along a busy road or under a tree.

One of the best Ramly Burger stall is no doubt the one behind Parkwell Supermarket, Sandakan, Sabah. It is not unusual for patrons to queue for more than an hour for their beloved burgers. Legend has it there was a princess from The Philippines, Puteri Iilain Yassin Hui,who devoted her life to mastering the art of perfecting Ramly patties. However, Puteri Iilain was lonely and wanted a mate. She came to know of an old man who has a fine handsome son, Wiseman Hang JeyAng (a distant relative of Hang Jebat). Puteri Iilian agreed to exchange her recipe for Wiseman's hand in marriage. Therefore, armed with this newly acquired recipe, the old man prospered making Ramly burgers.
