Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College

Jhunjhunwala College (founded 1963) is a college in Ghatkopar West, a suburb of Mumbai, India. The campus is located near the Vikhroli end of the station.

The college offers courses under Mumbai University. The initial course offerings were limited to science courses and B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, with courses in commerce and arts added later. Now students can opt to take a complete course for a B.Sc., B.A., or B.Com. degree, and pursue postgraduate study for an M.Sc., M.A., M.Phil., or Ph.D. at the college. Mumbai University conducts the exams and awards the degrees. The college has also started new courses like B.Sc in Computer Science. The current Principal of the college is Dr. Usha Mukundan.

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India has re-accredited Jhunjhunwala College with an 'A' Grade in 2009.

State and national level cricket and kabaddi players come from this college.

Also courses in the upcoming field Biotechnology has been added. Degrees of B.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biotechnology by both paper and research and Phd Biotechnology has been added currently.
