The Rio Chipillico Frog, Rana bwana, is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in Ecuador and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
