Rathfriland Rangers F.C.

Rathfriland Rangers Football Club is a Northern Irish football club playing in Division 1B of the Northern Amateur Football League. The club was formed in 1962 and joined the Newcastle & District League before attaining intermediate status and joining the Amateur League in 1986.[1] The club currently consists of three teams: the 1st XI (Rangers), 2nd XI (Swifts) and the 3rd XI (Colts) as well as an under-17 squad. Rathfriland Rangers currently play in Division 1B whilst the 2nd team is in the Mid-Ulster Football League 2nd Division having clinched promotion in 2007/08. The Colts are in Division 2 of the regional Newcastle & District League.
