Reach To Teach Recruiting places native English speakers with a bachelor's degree in schools primarily in Asia. The schools pay the recruiting fee; as part of the teaching package, schools often offer their teachers free housing and round trip air-fare. Reach To Teach seen a 100% increase in applications over the six months ending in March 2009.[1]

Reach To Teach is an ESL placement company which screens both schools and teachers. Screening conducted, which includes criminal record checks, is done using independent organizations.

The business was founded by Mitch Gordon and currently has 12 employees including Richard Jones, Michael O'Neill, Gillian Benjamin and Andrew Dunkle.[2] Reach To Teach Recruiting has offices in the United States and Taiwan.

Reach To Teach offers year long support to their teachers and has regular social events in Taiwan and Korea.[3]
