Rebecca Otengo Amuge

Rebecca Otengo Amuge is a Ugandan politician. She is the current State Minister for Northern Uganda in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011.[1] She replaced David Wakinona, who was appointed State Minister for Trade and Atiquities. Rebecca Amuge is the elected Member of Parliament for Alebtong District Women's Representative.
