The Blood-eared Parakeet (Pyrrhura hoematotis) or Red-eared Parakeet is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest.
