René Fris (born 1973^[1]) is a Danish hairstylist and television personality, known for his eponymous line of hair products and hair salons in New York City and Copenhagen.

Originally from Denmark, he moved to New York in 1999, selling his successful salon before he left. In the U.S., Fris has launched a haircare line, sharing his name. René Fris appeared on the Danish version of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Fris also models with Wilhelmina Models.

He served as a mentor to contestants on the show, Shear Genius for its first two seasons.
