Biffco is a music production and songwriting team from Brighton, England, formed by Richard "Biff" Stannard. The group have worked with a number of high-profile artists, including One Direction[1], Kylie Minogue, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Will Young and was largely responsible for the rise of the Spice Girls and Five. So far, Biffco has had 41 hit singles, including nine number ones.[citation needed] Stannard also works as show song producer on the The X Factor.[2] He is currently working with artist Jayelldee.[3]
