Richard Howard "Rick" Hilton[1] (born August 17, 1955) is an American real estate broker and developer specializing in exclusive high-end property. He is currently the Chairman of Hilton and Hyland Real Estate[2] and the father of Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton.

Rick Hilton was born in Los Angeles, California, the sixth of eight children of Barron Hilton (who was born to Hilton Hotel founder Conrad Hilton), and Marilyn June Hawley. In 1978, Rick graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. His brothers and sisters are: William Barron Hilton, Jr. (born 1948); Hawley Anne Hilton (born 1949); Stephen Michael Hilton (born 1950); David Alan Hilton (born 1952); Sharon Constance Hilton (born 1953); Daniel Kevin Hilton (born 1962); and Ronald Jeffrey Hilton (born 1963). The fortune of their father, Barron Hilton, is currently valued at $2.3 billion.[3]
Rick Hilton is currently chairman of Hilton and Hyland, a successful Beverly Hills real estate company that he founded with partner Jeffrey Hyland.[4] Rick Hilton's net worth is estimated to be valued at around $300 million.[5]

Rick Hilton married Kathy Richards in November 1979.
The couple has two sons and two daughters. Their four children are: Paris Whitney Hilton (b. February 17, 1981), Nicholai Olivia "Nicky" Hilton (b. October 5, 1983), Barron Nicholas Hilton II (b. November 7, 1989), and Conrad Hughes Hilton III (b. March 3, 1994).
He also has a son, David Jacques Pierre Cogordan Hilton (born May 6, 1973), from a previous relationship.
