Riddle is an unincorporated community in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Idaho, in Owyhee County. Located on State Highway 51, it is 13 miles (21 km) north of the border with Nevada and 72 miles (116 km) south of Mountain Home. The community lies at the north edge of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation.

In 2000, the average median household income for the ZIP Code Tabulation Area that includes Grassmere and Riddle was $30,921.[1] Riddle's elevation is 5,367 feet (1,636 m) above sea level.[2]

In Riddle there is a general store with a gas station that is run by the Riddle Ranch. The main buildings of the Riddle Ranch can be seen across the meadows to the west and north. Hwy 51 runs right through the middle of Riddle Ranch. At certain times travelers down Hwy 51 may have to stop and wait for a few minutes while Riddle Ranch buckaroos on horseback cross the highway with hundreds of cattle.
