Riverfront is a building project situated in Cluj Napoca, Romania, which will comprise two 22 floor towers and one 18 floor tower linked together by a 2 floor commercial centre and a 3 floor parking building.
The whole project has 224.000 m2 of which 165.000 m2 will be above ground and structured as follows:
- 18 floor building with 450 apartments
- two 22 floor office buildings with a total of 76.720 m2
- 40.112 m2 of commercial space
- 3.000 m2 of cinemas
- a 5.000 m2 hypermarket
- 1.680 parking spaces
