Rob Powell is an American football, track and field athlete, fitness and conditioning coach, martial artist and MMA Consultant. He is the Four Time World Record Holder, Four Time World Fitness/Conditioning Champion, two WFC / Guinness World Records Certified: 2001[1] and 2002,[2] and Four Time World Fitness Champion (WFC) World Record Holder 2001, 2002, 2003[3] and 2004 [4]

He trains elite military and law enforcement officers in martial arts. He has also coached junior high, high school, college and professional athletes in several sports. He currently trains many athletes, and civilians via The WFC Workout, The World's Fittest Workout Apps.

Rob Powell retired from competition in September 2011 as the undefeated and undisputed Four Time World Record Holder, Four Time World Fitness/Condition Champion with over 150 Records.

Some have recently made false claims to his titles but have been discovered. They have admitted the rules, events and competitions were changed for much less strenuous activities for ease and safety purposes.

Media outlets internationally have called Rob Powell "The World's Fittest Man", (a title once held by Martial Artist Bruce Lee), "The World's Greatest Athlete", as well as "Pound for Pound The Strongest Athlete/Fighter In History", "The World's Toughest Man", and the Best Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach on the Planet.

When asked about it all, Rob laughed and said. "Very flattering, but how did they measure all of that? For me, this has always been about helping people with a better plan to get in shape, and to stay in shape, as well as building better athletes of all ages and that's it. My older sister died at an early age due to poor health and no one should have to go that way. If I can change that, I am going to one person at a time. That's why I broke the records and created these Apps"

These accomplishments are more impressive considering at age 12 after an accident at the ranch he was diagnosed to never be able to walk correctly nor ever become an athlete. However he fought back to a full recovery. He was again seriously injured in an accident while cycling across Texas in June of 2003. He was temporarily unable to move his legs lying on the highway, four months before his third World Record Competition. Thirty minutes after the accident despite cuts, scrapes, bruises, torn muscles, dislocated hip and shoulder, broken ribs and a concussion. He cycled the remaining 430 miles in three days. He never discussed these crippling injuries with reporters because he wanted to keep the focus on the fitness crisis in the USA and the UK and how it could be easily solved with a better workout plan.

The WFC Workout, The World's Fittest Workout is that Plan.

He then created the WFC Workout, The World's Fittest Workout based on his training program. This plan is now 4 Apps and is available on your phone or tablet. Now Rob Powell can be your Personal Trainer and Conditioning Coach any time, any place. You can get in shape or better your athletic performance from age 12 to grandparents, from beginner to professional athlete or anyone in between with these Apps. Rob is also known as a World's Top Martial Arts Instructor and has been asked to create the first of its kind Martial Arts Training App which will be out Spring 2012.
