Robert Callaway (born February 14, 1988) is an American football defensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He played college football at Saginaw Valley State.

Professional career[edit]

Detroit Lions[edit]

Callaway signed with the Lions as an undrafted rookie free agent April 30, 2010. He spent the entire season on the practice squad.[1] Despite posting a sack and a forced fumble in the preseason, he was released by the Detroit Lions due to their pre-existing depth at the position.[2]

Dallas Cowboys[edit]

Callaway was signed to the Dallas Cowboys practice squad before the 2011 season, and was signed to a 3 year extension on January 2, 2012[3] He was released on June 5, 2013.
