Roche Bros., and its sister store Sudbury Farms is a chain of eighteen supermarkets in the Boston Metro Area. It has its headquarters in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

According to Roche Bros.'s website, Pat and Bud Roche opened their first store in Roslindale, Massachusetts in 1952 as a meat and produce shop. The store expanded to include groceries in 1957. Locations are in Acton, Bridgewater, Burlington, Easton, Marshfield, Mashpee, Millis, Natick, Needham, Norton, Quincy, Wellesley, West Roxbury, Westborough, and Westwood.
