Rochford and Southend East is a county constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The constituency covers the town of Rochford and the eastern part of Southend, such as Thorpe Bay and Shoeburyness. It has been a safe Conservative seat since it's creation in 1997.
