Rocznik Przekładoznawczy

Translation Journal. Studies on the theory, practice and teaching of translation (Rocznik Przekladoznawczy. Studia nad teorią, praktyką i dydaktyką przekładu) is a Polish yearly magazine published by the Faculty of Languages at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Poland). The editorial staff consists of representatives of various departments of foreign languages at the NCU. Since 2005, five volumes, including a double one, have been published. The Journal focuses on the theory, practice and teaching of translation; it is a forum for exchanging ideas between practicing translators/ interpreters and representatives of Polish theory-oriented research environments.[1] The major point of reference are aspects connected with translating specialist and non-literary texts. The Journal’s language is Polish; abstracts are in English.
