The Roman Catholic Diocese of Arauca (Latin: Araucen(sis)) is a diocese located in the city of Arauca in the Ecclesiastical province of Nueva Pamplona in Colombia.

- November 11, 1970: Promoted as Apostolic Vicariate of Arauca
