The Roman Catholic Diocese of Florencia (Latin: Florentiae) is a diocese located in the city of Florencia, Caquetá in the Ecclesiastical province of Ibagué in Colombia.

- February 8, 1951: Established as Apostolic Vicariate of Florencia from the Apostolic Vicariate of Caquetá
- December 9, 1985: Promoted as Diocese of Florencia
