Roman Catholicism in Burundi

The Roman Catholic Church in Burundi is part of the worldwide Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope and Curia in Rome.
There are about four million Catholics - around two thirds of the total population. There are seven dioceses including two archdioceses.
