The Rose-crowned Parakeet (Pyrrhura rhodocephala) also known as Rose-headed Parakeet, Conure Tête-de-feu, Rose-Crowned Conure, or Perico Cabecirrojo is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is endemic to Venezuela.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest.
