Route 123 is a west-east state highway in southeastern Massachusetts.

Route 123 is a continuation of R.I. Route 123 that runs in a northeasterly direction through Attleboro, Norton, Easton, Brockton, Abington, Rockland, the northern part of Hanover, Norwell, and Scituate.

In Brockton, there are multiple instances of Route 123 eastbound east of the city centre. The signage for the primary route follows Crescent Street and turns onto Commercial Street, running concurrently with Route 27 north, east of the Middleborough/Lakeville branch of the Commuter Rail. The other has some signs along Route 28 north, west of the railroad tracks. The multiple instances end at the intersection of Commercial and Centre Streets.

In Hanover, Route 123 goes under Route 3 but there is no interchange. However, Route 53 is nearby to provide access to Route 3.
