Route 123 is a numbered State Highway running 7.7 miles (12.4 km) in the U.S. state of Rhode Island.

• Lincoln: 5.1 miles (8.2 km); Smithfield town line to Cumberland town line
  • Jenckes Hill Road, Breakneck Hill Road, Great Road, Front Street and John Street
• Cumberland: 1.4 miles (2.3 km); Lincoln town line to Massachusetts State line at Route 123
