Route 92 is a highway in northwestern Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 69 near Excelsior Springs; its western terminus is on the Centennial Bridge at the Kansas state line over the Missouri River, where the road continues as K-92.
Route 92 is one of the original 1922 state highways. Its eastern terminus was south of Smithville and was later extended east.
