Roxy DeVille (born Katie Lynn Avola on November 8, 1982 in Indiana, United States) is a former pornographic actress.[1] She entered the adult film industry in 2005 at the age of around 23, and appeared in over 220 movies.[1] She pledged never to perform anal sex on camera.[2] She left the business in late 2009, before allegedly getting married to her longtime boyfriend.[3]
