Rupert Jack Svendsen-Cook (born 17 September 1990 in Ipswich) is a British racing driver with Norwegian family history.

Following a successful eight years in karting, Rupert stepped up to the Formula BMW Europe series in 2008 with Raikkonen Robertson Racing with some impressive results following into the 2009 season.
Svendsen-Cook moved onto British Formula Three in 2010 with champion team Carlin, scoring one win, four podiums and 14 top 6 finishes, finishing 7th overall. In 2011, Svendsen-Cook has signed to stay with Carlin for British Formula 3.
