Rustam is a village and union council in Mardan District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.[1] It is located at 34°21'0N 72°17'0E and has an altitude of 369m (1213 feet).[2]

Rustam has been situation at border of Distt. Mardan, separating Distt.mardan from Bunair and Swabi. Rustma is surrounded by Mountains. People from Famous Yousaf Zai tribe of Pathan are lived here. The local sub tribe name belongs to Yousuf zai is SABAT KHEL'. Sabat Khel lived in Proper Rustam. Just 100 (approx) years ago all land of Rustam Village belong to SABAT KHEL, However due to sale of land to other people, now people belongs to other tribes have also agriculture land in Rustam.
