Sébastien Tillous-Borde (born 29 April 1985)[1] is a French rugby union player. He plays scrum-half for his club rugby with Castres Olympique after signing from RC Toulonnais in 2011. He won his first international cap for France against Australia in 2008. In May 2013 he started as Toulon won the 2013 Heineken Cup Final by 16–15 against Clermont Auvergne.[2]
