SACO Apartments is a worldwide serviced apartment company based in the United Kingdom that provides business and leisure travellers with access to serviced apartments in many key business and leisure destinations throughout the world. The company has built a global partner network across the world, with apartments either being owned or managed by SACO.


SACO was first established in 1997 and is a majority owned subsidiary of Deeley Freed Estates Ltd, a private property company.

SACO is a founding member of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers. ASAP represents all the main serviced apartments operators in the UK - which in tern manage and control in excess of 3200 units across the country. The company is also a member of the Association of Relocation Professionals and the Institute of Travel Managers.[2]

The company has built a large portfolio of apartments throughout the United Kingdom, with a number of apartments being used by various celebrities, most notably on the TV series Celebrity Come Dine With Me.[3]


In addition to their main offices in Bristol, SACO Apartments have offices in London, Manchester, Jersey, Bath, Nottingham, Birmingham and Reading. SACO owns and operates apartment buildings in each of these locations, as well as in Derby, Farnborough, Glasgow, Camberley and Cardiff, with the rest of the apartments they rent belonging to their apartment network.[4]


SACO has been awarded a two star accreditation in the 'Best Companies to Work For' scheme.[5]

In addition to these awards, SACO have been awarded the "Best Property Provider" at Re:locate Awards two years running and are featured in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For supplement.[6][7]
