SAE Manmouth is a longstanding annual flag football game that is hosted by Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity at Baylor University. Every year the fraternity chooses another fraternity to play. If the invitation is accepted, the two fraternities face off on campus. It is an open event.

History[edit]

Manmouth was founded in 1994 by Sigma Alpha Epsilon and played their first annual game on March 10, 1994 against the Sigma Chi fraternity. Over the years, SAE played fraternities such as Phi Gamma Delta and Delta Tau Delta.

The Name[edit]

The name "Manmouth" was chosen for the event as a play on words of the annual joint mixer held by Kappa Kappa Gamma and Pi Beta Phi on collegiate campuses around the nation. The event is called Monmouth.
