Ang Mo Kio Bus Depot (SBS Transit) is an SBS Transit East District Bus depot located in Yio Chu Kang, Singapore. It serves as a bus park for SBS Transit bus services from Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange, Bishan Bus Interchange, Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange, Eunos Bus Interchange, Toa Payoh Bus Interchange, Yio Chu Kang Bus Terminal, Saint Michael's Bus Terminal, Marina South Pier and Shenton Way Bus Terminal. It also serves as maintenance facility for its own bus services and that of Braddell Bus Park.

Ang Mo Kio Bus Depot started operations in 1978, replacing the Paya Lebar Bus Service's Paya Lebar Depot before it relocated to Ang Mo Kio. The old depot was replaced by Kim Chuan SMRT Trains depot. Service 169 had been the mainstay with Atlanteans together with all services until 1983. The Mercedes-Benz O405 and Leyland Olympian 3-Axles are always common since it sticky glue from 2000 to 2010, afterwhich Mercedes-Benz O405 was replaced by K230UBs and Volvo B10M Mark IV (DM).
This bus depot is the only one that have burnt twice - 1998 (AMDEP 143) and 2010 (AMDEP 25).
This bus depot is also the starting point for Service 45, Townlink 265 & Townlink 268. It also serves as the resting point for Service 128 during AM peak.
